I had to share the perfect little pasta nests we had for dinner Sunday night. These were perfection in a pot and we ate every bite. I think mine was the best. I had Chive Parmesan. The Parmesan cheese melted a little to form a creamy sauce as the pasta was finishing up. A pasta maker is on my top 10 must have kitchen items list. Along with a food processor, a Keurig coffee maker, a stand mixer and a gel mat to stand on. I admit, it is a strange list.
Anyhow, if you are ever in Broad Ripple make a point to visit this little market. The owners were behind the counter prepping for a cooking class that was to be held there that night. The prices are great and they have a great variety to choose from. I also bought a pound of plain linguine and a small next of Red Wine Papparadele Can't wait to try those!

There are few things (in the culinary world) more beautiful than a nest of fresh, handmade pasta. |

Roasted Red Pepper, Orange Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper. |

Each perfectly portioned 4 oz size cooked in 2 minutes and were served with just a light drizzle of olive oil. |
