Seasons 52’s New Personalized Wine Tasting
Offers Adventurous Varietals & Signature Flatbread for $15
Experience available for limited time only
My favorite from the new Summer menu! |
“Beginning the dining experience with one of our wine flights, provides guests the opportunity to taste new, unique selections and let their own personal palate decide how to proceed,” said Miliotes. “Whether red or white, bold or clean, our wine tasting selections are the perfect accompaniment to the crisp and fresh flavors of our signature flatbreads.”
Wine selections include:
Indaba Chardonnay, West Cape ’11 - a favorite white with aromas of tropical fruit, flavors of apple, pear, and fig, and a touch of oak for a little butterscotch creaminess.
Santa Julia Pinot Grigio, Mendoza ’11 - a crisp, clean Argentine with aromas and flavors of lemon, pear, and pineapple with a long, almond finish.
Paso a Paso Verdejo, La Mancha ’10/’11 - an innovative wine that’s highly aromatic, with flavors of apple and melon and a hint of lemon and lime at the finish.
Selbach Qba Riesling, Mosel ’10/’11 - handmade specifically for Seasons 52 by Johannes Selbach himself, a blend of sweet melon, grape, apple, star fruit, and quince flavors and Meyer lemon finish.
Anna’s Merlot, Slovenia ’09 - a plummy, ripe raspberry flavor with long, smooth tannins.
Mirassou Pinot Noir, California ’10/’11 - a balanced blend of pomegranate, cherry, and red currant flavors, a touch of earthiness, and a silky smooth finish.
Wrongo Dongo Monastrell, Jumilla ’10/’11 - flavors of ripe blueberry and rich black currant combine with fine, smooth tannins and a pleasantly mineral finish.
Gascon Malbec, Mendoza ’10/’11 - arguably one of the richest, most flavorful red varietals, this vintage is velvety and full-bodied, with flavors of black raspberry, plum, & blueberry, with a powerful yet smooth tannic finish.
Flatbread selections include:
Artichoke & Goat Cheese - leaf spinach, balsamic onions, roasted peppers
Ripe Plum Tomato - fresh basil, roasted garlic, melted Parmesan cheese
Garlic Chicken - balsamic onions, roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese
Spicy Chipotle Shrimp - grilled pineapple, feta cheese, roasted poblano peppers
Steak & Cremini Mushroom - fresh spinach, crumbled blue cheese

I would go to the Schaumburg IL location if I was at work..or I'd go with you to the one on the northside of INDY!
ReplyDeleteI'd have Spicy Chipotle Shrimp grilled pineapple, feta cheese, roasted poblano peppers Flatbread and a small salad: Organic Baby Spinach raspberries, toasted pine nuts, crumbled gorgonzola cheese
and I've have a Mocha Machiato for dessert!
thanks..this would be very special!
The Atlanta Dunwoody location is closest to me. The cedar plank salmon sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteI would either order the Roasted Plum Tomato Flatbread or the Grilled Jumbo Shrimp Cavatappi Pasta with either the key lime pie or chocolate peanut butter mousse for dessert! Yum...now i'm hungry! And I would be going to the Indianapolis location.
ReplyDeleteThe closest Seasons to us is the Northside Indianapolis Location and the Goat Cheese and Artichoke flatbread sounds stellar
ReplyDeleteI've never been to Seasons 52, but sounds like it might have to go on our "to do" list!
ReplyDeleteUntil the one in Cincinnati opens, the one in Indy is the closest. Looking at the menu, it'd be tough to choose...I'd probably have to go with the caramelized grilled sea scallops. And since they're "mini" desserts, you get multiples, right?? :-)
OK....You're probably going to have to block me from comments on your blog -- at least thee contest comments where you're supposed to leave your email. Once again, I forgot that. (This adult ADD is killer!!) It's judyswitz@gmail.com.
ReplyDeleteOh my, now I'm hungry! We'd either go to the Indy or soon to be Cincinnati location. I think we'd start with the Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli. I'd also have an Organic Baby Spinach Salad followed by the Carmelized Sea Scallops or Cedar Planked Salmon - hard to decide! Dessert would be either the Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli or Pecan Pie. Yumm!

ReplyDeleteJust thinking about Seasons 52 makes my mouth water! I live in Fishers so I would go to the Keystone Crossing location in Indianapolis. As they have a wonderful special going on right now I would start with the personalized wine tasting & spicy chipotle shimp flatbread. My main course would be the cedar plank salmon that I was only able to steal 1 small bite from my husband the last time we visited Seasons 52. For dessert I would take 1 of each mini indulgences starting with the Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli :) YUMO!! Thanks for the giveaway and the love of food! brookewidmer@hotmail.com
