Gooseberry Patch is coming to Around the Kitchen Sink!!

In 1984, next door neighbors Vickie and JoAnn were looking for ways to do what they loved, stay at home with their small children and earn a living at the same time.  Looking to what they loved to do, cook, the two of them put together what is now one of the largest cookbook and food communities around.  I am sure you can see why these ladies are a real inspiration to me and other home cooks around the world.
Goosebarry Patch  is a name synonymous with good, hearty and family- friendly food.  Their recipes and collections are a go-to for any home cook and because they know Gooseberry Patch is a name they know and can trust.

I am excited to tell you all that I will have the ladies of Gooseberry Patch on MY show on Thursday June 21 at 11 PM EST!!!  I am So grateful to Vickie and JoAnn for agreeing to come on. Not only that, we will be taking calls in the 3rd segment from YOU!  Call 877-864-4869 at 9:45 AM EST to speak on the air with the Gooseberry Patch Ladies!  Share with us your quick  story of your greatest kitchen FLOP!

We will have a special pre-recording (only)of this show on Thursday June 21st at 9:30 AM EST.  This is a different time for me so mark your calendars if you want to call in.  The show will air in it's normal time slot of course Thursday June 21 at 11 PM EST, but we are having a special taping day for the ladies and to make sure you all get a chance to call in!

    Heather, I'm so glad I get your blog vis RSS reader! I'd written 10 PM Monday on my calendar, but I see your special show time will be 10 AM!!! Looking forward to having a cup of coffee with you and the Gooseberry Patch gals tomorrow morning! :)

    Oh Kim! You won't be able to hear it until Thursday. We are just pre-recording and taking calls. It will still be aired on Thursday at the same time. SO sorry for the confusion. I do appreciate you taking the time to listen :)
