New Week....New Friends Blog Hop

Like any good "Let's Get to Know One Another Hop" there are a few rules:

1. Please follow me through GFC, subscribe by email, follow me on Twitter
as well as swing by my facebook page and "like" it!
2. Please leave a comment here as well as on the other blogs you visit as well.  That is the best way for us all to see who visits!
3. Please visit my blogroll listed at the bottom of my homepage.  There are a lot of great sites listed and I would appreciate you checking them out :)
4.  If you wouldn't mind...could you post the link to my hop on your facebook pages?  The best way to start something new is to use the help of other friends to spread the word!  Thanks :)

I hope you enjoy the new friends you make this week as well as the new and exciting recipes you are sure to find!  Stay tuned..in the coming weeks there is going to be a few giveaway's...AND a really exciting interactive post with cookbook author Ann Gentry of Vegan Family Meals and the restaurant Real Food Daily!
